Ancient Cuttlefish Casting Workshop
Discover the art of metal casting using an ancient technique - no outsourcing or machinery required!
In this 4-hour workshop, you'll learn how to:
- Carve a cuttlefish bone to create a unique mold
- Pour molten silver to capture the organic texture of the cuttlefish
- Create your own ring or pendant
- Polish and hand-finish your wearable piece of art using hand and rotary tools
Optional: Add cast-in-place rough sapphires or have small round sapphires set post-workshop (collection or shipping required for post-workshop setting) I will send you further info. Cost is extra please bring cash on the day.
Date: Saturday, October 19th, 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Please Note: Cuttlefish carving requires wearing a provided P2 Dust Mask. This part of the workshop will take place in an outdoor, covered area.
