Payment & Shipping terms

ORDERS & PAYMENT

For online orders, an order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order is completed. A second delivery confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information once your order has been posted. 

Payments are made securely via credit card or Paypal.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars AUD.

For special orders (custom/bespoke/one of a kind) - you will be sent a quote and invoice, production will commence when the 50% deposit has been received. See this link for finer details of the process

PICK UP OF PURCHASE

You may arrange pick up of jewellery pieces direct from my studio in Eltham,  Melbourne CBD meeting rooms or my retail store in Hoi An, Vietnam depending on my availability. Please get in touch if you prefer to pick up in person.

SHIPPING TERMS

Ready made jewellery pieces are send within 2 working days.

Unless you are purchasing a ready made piece, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be made & shipped. If your item is required urgently, please contact me - I will do my best to meet your required delivery date.

Shipping is worldwide from Melbourne, Australia or Hoi An, Vietnam so please keep this in mind in regards to postage delivery times to your state or country

All items are covered with transit insurance, all shipping methods have tracking and a signature is required upon receiving the item.

If your order is shipped from Australia, it will be shipped via:  

Australia Post - Express Parcel Post 

1-2 days for Metro and up to 7 days for non Metro

If your order is shipped from Vietnam, it will be shipped via 

Fed Ex or DHL

International orders will be shipped flat rate via - International Express:

USA & Canada - AU$40.00   

Asia Pacific - AU $35.00

UK & Europe - AU$40 

New Zealand - AU $30

Rest of the world - AU$45.00

INTERNATIONAL COURIER 

All high value orders will be shipped via International express shipping with DHL or FedEx. You will be sent a quote for items of high value, above $1500 AUD or with any special orders, or you may request International Courier for an online order. You will be contacted upon dispatch and notified of your tracking number. Items to the USA, Canada and Europe will take approx 5-10 days to arrive.

INSURANCE AND CUSTOMS

All items are fully insured whilst in transit. Once the item is signed for it is no longer insured.

All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country. We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each package. An estimation on charges for each country can be obtained here.
