If we have grounds to suspect a violation of any of these terms and conditions, including the provision of false information, we retain the right to terminate your account and limit your access to this site.
Photography Please note that due to screen defaults and photography techniques, some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size. Additionally, the colour of stones may appear lighter or darker, and the gold colour may vary from its actual shade. We cannot guarantee the colour you see matches the item colour.
Special Orders Once a Special Order is initiated on behalf of a customer, it cannot be cancelled or returned for credit or refund. It is important to note that items marked as special orders are clearly indicated as such, and customers are obliged to sign a quote confirming their comprehension and acceptance of these terms.
Workmanship Warranties and Repairs Kimba Pham offers free repair services for any manufacturing faults within 6 months from the date of purchase. Please note that manufacturing faults do not cover the following:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by negligence or improper care
- Repairs performed by other jewellers, including re-sizing
- Broken chains
- Broken or bent claws or prongs
- Misshapen rings
- Chipped, cracked, or broken gemstones
- Worn-off plating
For repairs, please email hello@kimbapham.com with the following details:
- Details of the item needing repair (with attached images)
- The original sales invoice
- You contact details
If the item is repairable we will send you a repair estimate with shipping/drop off details. Kimba Pham is not responsible for the item till it reaches our possession. Repairs may take 4-6 weeks.
Order over the phone or email We gladly accept most major credit cards as a form of payment. You have various options to place your order, and you will have the same selection for gift-wrap and including a message. You can either call us at +61 420 643 323 and provide your credit card details over the phone, or you can email us at hello@kimbapham.com.
Cancelling or Changing your order Your credit card will be charged once you have placed your order. You will only be charged for the items you have selected, as well as any applicable shipping and taxes. Before shipping, orders are subject to verification and approval. We are not liable for any errors that occur during the order, address or credit card entry process.
If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact +61 420 643 323 as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has begun the manufacturing process, we are unable to make modifications to your order.
Sizing and Fit There is a printable ring sizing guide with a cutout ring sizer and an international ring size conversion chart that can be used as a quick reference to choosing a suitable ring size. For the most accurate result it's best to order a ring sizer here to be posted to you or book an appointment with Kimba to determine your size. Otherwise we are also often able to determine the correct size with images of the person with clear sight of hands in the frame.
Resizing Our policy includes a complimentary resizing service within the initial 6 months of receiving your ring (for custom and bespoke rings only). The range of resizing options may vary depending on the design. We recommend verifying your accurate ring size with a local jeweller and then reaching out to us to arrange the resizing process accordingly.
Insurance We highly recommend insuring your jewellery to ensure its protection. Although we don't provide insurance services directly, we suggest considering Q Report. With Q Report, you can enjoy various benefits in case your jewellery is lost, stolen, or damaged. They offer coverage up to 125% of the agreed value, allowing you to return to your original jeweller for replacement. Moreover, their dedicated team provides comprehensive support throughout the entire process.
Jewellery insurance policies offer specific advantages tailored to your jewellery's usage and provide appropriate coverage in situations where it may be lost, stolen, or damaged. Unlike some home and contents insurance policies that exclude coverage for valuables outside of the home, jewellery insurance ensures coverage for everyday wear.
