Jewellery Making Sessions
Terms and Conditions
If you display any signs of an infectious illness, please refrain from attending the workshop or class. You can re-book your session to the next available date if you need to postpone due to infectious illness. Note that your spot in a class is reserved only once full payment has been received. If you miss a session in a short course due to illness, you may book in a studio access time to catch up on what you missed.
While session tickets are non-refundable, you may transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend and know this in advance. However, please keep in mind that the ticket is non-transferable after the event, and you are responsible for reminding yourself of the attendance day/s.
During the workshop, it is your responsibility to adhere to all safety precautions and requirements. By attending the session, you agree to hold full responsibility and liability for any damage caused to a person or property during the workshop.
Please note that adult workshops have specific age restrictions of 18+ and clothing requirements, which you’ll find details on the session/class listing page. Before the session, participants will be asked to sign a safety contract.
I reserve the right to cancel a session if the minimum attendance requirements (as specified on the listing) are not reached. In this case, I will provide at least 72 hours' notice, and a full refund or alternative booking date will be given to the customer.
Due to the unpredictability of COVID-19, I may need to reschedule a workshop for a later date if it falls within a lock down period or if government restrictions prevent it from running. Refunds will only be given if the session is cancelled and not rescheduled.
