CO-VID 19 POLICIES
With the Coronavirus reaching pandemic levels, businesses across the globe are taking unprecedented precautionary measures to mitigate the spread of the virus.
I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that I am taking every measure possible to protect the health of clients and the local community during this time.
- Whilst in the workshop or packing orders, hands and work spaces are washed and/or sanitised frequently throughout the day
- If you have knowingly been exposed to anybody infected by the Coronavirus, or you are feeling even slightly unwell, we also request that you do not book an appointment, please consider buying online or contact me to setup a virtual appointment (Appointments are not currently available whilst in stage 4 restrictions in Victoria till further notice)
Stage 4 lock down update: As I am operating my studio from my home, I will still be making and sending out orders during this 6 week lock down. There may be a longer waiting time on your order, as currently in Victoria many industries and suppliers for my parts and components are not operating during this time. I am doing my best to locate new suppliers and services elsewhere so that you don't have to wait till the end of lockdown for your order to be shipped out to you. Local deliveries: Delivery delays should be expected for all destinations, for local Australian standard shipping there may be a delay of up to 14 days. Please select Express Shipping for the fastest service currently available, in most cases the parcel will arrive within 5 working days, usually by a few days.
International orders: Particularly for US and Canada where postal deliveries may take up to 25 business days for standard shipping due to local postal backlog. Shipping updates on your tracking may also be less frequent to further optimise delivery processes.
The safest way to ensure you are getting your package safely during this time is to select Express Shipping. All other services are operational at this stage, subject to delays. As air freight is used to deliver your packages worldwide, the reduction of passenger flights due to health and safety mean that your package may be delayed due to stringent customs & disrupted postal networks around the world.
Returns: Returns will be processed as normal following the standard return policy.
